Please read the following terms and conditions. There you find full details of charges and refunds should you need to cancel your stay. By paying your deposit for your Discover England Tours vacation you agree to accept the following terms and conditions:
If you need to cancel your stay
As tours are generally booked a long time ahead, late cancellations can mean a significant loss of business for us. This is why we have cancellation charges that are based on the likelihood of our receiving a replacement booking as time progresses. If you are unable to travel, please advise us by email and ensure that you receive acknowledgment of your communication. If you cancel more that 60 days prior to your arrival date there will be no charge other than your deposit which is not refundable or transferable. Otherwise the following cancellation charges will be applied.
31 to 59 days before the start of your stay - 50% of total cost
30 days to 15 days before the start of your stay - 75% of total cost
14 days or fewer before the start of your stay - 100% of total cost
No refund will be given if you cancel within 14 days of the start or during your stay.
Any refunds made will be net of costs (money transfer and exchange rates). Refunds will be made back to the credit or debit card that was used to make the original payment. Refunds will not be made by any other method.
In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your booking, we will return your payment in full. No other claim for loss will be considered.
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel cancellation insurance.

FOOD INFORMATION REGULATIONS 2014
Under The Food Information Regulations 2104 we are required to inform you that any of the following allergens may be present in the foods that we serve. It is your responsibility to inform Discover England Tours in advance if you, or any of the party on whose behalf you are booking, are allergic to any of these foods:
Cereals containing gluten
Molluscs (squid, mussels etc)
We will exclude any food to which you are allergic from your menus – but if you have very complex requirements we may not be able to cater for you. We will also exclude foods that you prefer not to eat. We use this information to plan your menus.
Please let us know specific dietary requirements before you book.
OTHER BOOKING CONDITIONS
We cannot be held responsible for results of circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as strikes, travel delays, mechanical failure, weather conditions etc.
Any dispute will be subject to and governed by English Law and jurisdiction.
We operate a No Smoking policy in the house and vehicles at all times.
