How to make your booking

Email us for any further information that you may require and to check availability on your chosen dates. We will respond and if there is availability we will give you a 7-day option and confirm the cost of your stay.

Pay Deposit

Confirm your booking by sending a deposit by credit/debit card and we will confirm receipt of your payment.  Your deposit is not refundable or transferable. No booking form is required but please let us have names and addresses of all the people in your party. If you wish to travel to a location not listed on the website or any of the overnight away visits, please advise us at the time of booking. Please also advise us at time of booking if you have any special dietary or mobility requirements.

Paying your deposit by credit card is simple and secure.

1. Choose the deposit type that you want to pay and select Add to Basket. This takes you to the Shopping Cart screen.

Deposit for 5 nights or less             £180 per person    

Deposit for 6 nights or more           £250 per person

2. Enter the number of persons for whom you are paying a deposit and click Recalculate. Ensure the total is correct before you proceed.

3. Click Checkout and you will be passed to the secure site for entry of your personal details and credit card information.

4. You will receive an email from us confirming your booking.

Pay the balance

When your balance is due, this will be 60 days prior to the start of your stay, we will contact you via email with details of the balance due and a shopping cart link showing the balance due. All you have to do is click on the link. You will then be  taken to your shopping cart which will have the details of the balance due, enter your personal details and credit card details and click the pay now button. We will acknowledge receipt of your payments by email. If you book within 60 days of your arrival date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

How are my advance payments protected?

We operate in accordance with the Package Travel Regulations 1992 (Statutory Instrument 1992 no. 3288). In order to protect you, all monies received by us are held in a secure trust account and are not available to us until the end of your stay and until we have fulfilled our contract with you. This means that in the unlikely event of our financial failure, your funds are protected and would be returned to you by the Trustee.
